A operação Drácon terá mais um capítulo, possivelmente na próxima semana, com o julgamento da denúncia oferecida pelo Ministério Público. A Drácon está desnundando relações entre autoridades, instituições, poderes e a imprensa. Muitos nomes ainda irão surgir ao longo da investigação.

 

Briga política 2

Essa briga nos bastidores deve deixar marcas profundas e abalar a credibilidade de representantes do Legislativo, Executivo, Ministério Público e de veículos de comunicação. O que se comenta são conluios e disputa política como pano de fundo da Drácon. Lamentável que instituições até então respeitadas estejam se prestando a este tipo de serviço.

A Caixa de Pandora e a Drácon se assemelham em poucas coisas, mas uma delas merece ser destacada: o estrago que pode causar nas instituições. O Tribunal de Justiça e o MPDFT demoraram a se recuperar do furacão da Pandora. Buriti e CLDF nem se fala. O raio está caindo novamente no mesmo local.

 

Julgamento 1

Em 20 de fevereiro deste ano, o Tribunal de Justiça do DF decidiu desmembrar o inquérito a fim de deixar apenas os parlamentares envolvidos serem julgados pelo Conselho Especial da Corte. Os demais réus, Alexandre Cerqueira, Valério Neves e Ricardo Cardoso serão julgados por uma das varas criminais do DF.

 

Julgamento 2

O julgamento deve acontecer em poucos dias. Esse é o motivo para tanto vazamento. Novos fatos devem surgir. O objetivo é claro: constranger os desembargadores. A sociedade espera que os culpados sejam condenados e expurgados da vida pública. Isso vale para acusados e acusadores.

Nos bastidores, agem personagens conhecidos na política brasiliense. É a velha política em plena ação. O submundo se move pela disputa de poder. Os alvos são os possíveis adversários da disputa em 2018. Nada mais repugnante que isso. O jogo sujo apenas começou e a medida que for desnudado daremos nomes aos bois.
